An extruder is a machine with a screw channel (similar to a meat grinder), that melts, homogenise and compress the plastic granules and press the resulting plastic mass through a opening for contouring into a tool.

We supply single-screw extruder with screw diameters from
15-125 mm and L/D ratio between 15 and 33 D.
